"酒店是小朋友自己選的，看中的是它的充氣水上樂園。酒店整體親子設備完善，小朋友很開心。水上樂園浴巾有點髒，房間一般，可接受。第一晚分配到的房間離雞舍很近，雞一直叫很吵。第二天酒店幫忙換了房間，好多了。酒店客人很多，本來我們希望酒店幫忙接機，但遲遲得不到回覆。比較難叫Grab，外賣也需要出去拿，有點不方便，不過也許這也保障客人安全吧。整體0-10分，我給7分。"

"此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。"

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
