Follow the moon as it creates spectacular vistas at the end of a fun-filled day over the calm expanse of Green Valley. Find serenity in a glass of wine and a good book, welcome friends, or lose yourself in the sheer beauty of nature as the Santa Rita Mountains change colors at sunset. Covered assigned parking space in front of Casita.

    The casita is right in the heart of Green Valley, you will be close to shopping and all the amenities, yet able to enjoy the calm and peace of a small town feel. The Kitt Observatory sits at the top of the Santa Rita's watching over the valley and like the astronomers you will be amazed at the clarity of the Milky Way right from your own back door.

    Madiera Canyon is a short 30 minutes away and boasts as the home of numerous species of hummingbirds and many hiking trails. The flourishing art center of Tubac is minutes south, while swimming, biking, golf - the list is endless - lays at your fingertips.

The outdoor patio with majestic views were the best part of our stay. Peaceful quiet and safe community. Convenience of having a washer/dryer. The bed was on the softer side comfortable for me, not as much for my husband who needs a firm mattress. 3 recliners in living room. Perfect stay for the 2 of us visiting family close by. Perfect Vacation Spot!

Excellent location close to the heart of Green Valley, yet still off the beaten path. We enjoyed spending breakfast and later evening time out on the expansive tiled patio overlooking the mountains, taking in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The casita had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is excellent and the kitchen was well appointed with all the little items you want. The washer/dryer was a bonus.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this Casita. The neighborhood was safe, clean with lots of things nearby to do. The views were spectacular. We sat on the deck every day morning and night, and just loved the sunsets snd sunrises. Linda, the Owner was delightful and responded to our every need. The Casita was well appointed with everything we needed. We just loved it. We would highly recommend this Casita.

Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!

Humming birds and Bats

Linda was awesome. Really nice place and we left wanting to buy a Casita just like that. I loved sitting on the porch and watch the humming birds and the Bats come out at dusk and dawn. It was our 30th wedding anniversary. We were going to go to a fancy place to celebrate. Instead, we bought a nice Rib Eye and grilled out on the patio. Linda had all the things we needed.

So relaxing

The property was amazing. It was so quiet. The neighbors were all very friendly or a lot of outdoor activities to do and pretty close to the property. The host were extremely nice. They answered all of our questions when we had any property had tons of cooking utensils, spices, etc. perfect for those that like to cook at home. We enjoy the ambience overall waking up to a sunrise with lots of hummingbirds. It was everything we hoped it would be. We would gladly take this place again. I highly recommend it for a quiet weekend or a quiet two weeks day. It was amazing.
