This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a fee of $100/pet plus taxes is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet. Had a small problem w/ the water heater during the stay. Host responded quickly. Repair made but water needed to be shut off for a few hours. Water temp never seemed to come back as warm prior to repair. Backyard was a concern for dogs. Escape breach, protruding rebar, & exposed nails. I made host aware. Said fence is due to be replaced in a week.
