It is a clever and efficient use of this loft space.The location was great. An easy walk to downtown, and the transportation center. With the bus system we were able to explore without the need of a rental car. Check in was easy and communication was great.Would definitely stay again.”

“This was the perfect location for visiting Fairbanks attractions. Exactly what we needed for our pre cruise tour stay. The hosts were very communicative. The house was clean, easy to find, parking was ideal. The bathroom and shower were clean. The water pressure perfect. Plenty of towels. Highly recommend!!”

“Excellent location close to some walking paths, we loved watching the northern lights out the backporch! Everyone loved having their own space. The smart TV was handy during the cold weather so we could watch shows woth our own accounts. Host is extremely responsive and the home was perfect for our stay! ”

“This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. It was small but quite comfortable! We only used the shared bathhouse for restroom needs, which was clean for the most part but as the water was running, we did notice a sulfur smell. Not sure if this is normal for the area or for how the vacation homes are set up, but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I also want to mention that the bed was THE most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while on vacation! ”
