Frühstück und Abendessen am besten als Halbpension buchen, denn a la carte nur bis 18Uhr und danach Buffet für 38€/P. Dafür Essen super!!! Hundehaare überall im Zimmer. Es schockiert mich, dass das Housekeeping das nicht selbst gesehen hat und wir sie 3x rufen mussten (1x wurden wir vergessen) und außer ein Entschuldigung Nix!!!! Traurig. "Good spot. Breakfast is great! Convenient check in options for check in after reception hours. No 24/7 front desk. Didn't have a kettle or silverware in the room but ot was no problem getting some from the staff. Very friendly! The pillows were pretty bad, super soft with feathers and no other options in the room. Pillows and the two single mattresses instead of one big one would be my only complaint. But also standard for Germany and personal preference."

"Such a pleasant surprise! Wanted to stay in a smaller town, and Gerswalde is pleasant walkable town, with a historic castle site a few blocks from the hotel. The restaurant was not open temporarliy, but the breakfast was wonderful; teated to home made jam, and fruit from the garden. Super friendly and helpful family run this quaint country hotel."
