“Extremely clean. Had multiple cookware options. Quite neighborhood that I felt very safe. Privacy fence in the back yard was nice. Large tv’s in the living room and bedroom. Will definitively stay again!”

“The home was in a nice quiet location. The home was pretty well stocked with items in the kitchen, towels, sheets, cleaning supplies, TP, and especially items for the pet (i.e. food bowls, bags, wipes, etc.). The only small issue we had was getting the WIFI which had recently been changed. The host was able to help with that. I would love to stay again to have the garage to use and backyard for pets.”

“The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. ”

“This property is very clean, roomy and had very comfortable beds. The linens/bath towels were high quality and there were plenty provided. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to visit. ”

“The host was there to help with the lock code and offered to move me because AC in the unit I was supposed to stay inThe unit was adequate and in the location was great for downtown activities. Not any amenities (coffee, soap)My disappointment was the unit was upstairs. Since I am senior I had difficulty with the stairs, i did not get my suitcase upstairs. Maybe I missed something in the listing ”
