The window seal is broken, causing the window to be completely crystallized on the inside and you're unable to see out. The office chair was broken and would not go up and down or lock from going backwards, and if you went backwards too far, the backrest would unhook leaving one on the floor. The bathroom is poorly ventilated, causing steam to accumulate both in the bathroom and the main room lamp fixtures show rusting on them.
