"Room was a little tired, with a chunk out of one of the bathroom tiles. Restaurant was not open, a little disappointing."

"We chose this property because it was pet friendly, which can be hard to find. (We always travel with our Westie.) Loved the vintage 1950s character of this unique cottage. It's location so close to Koombana Bay foreshore was so good for dog walking. The cottage was very clean and well provisioned in the kitchen. The bench top dishwasher was amazing and so useful. Really liked the host's desire to be sustainable about food. Unused food we could not take home could be left to be shared with the next occupants or for the hosts to decide how to use/dispose of. The WiFi worked really well and there were plenty of instructions around on how to use/operate appliances, aircon and media.The bathroom shower had no hob which was very helpful for people with a disability. Our hosts were very considerate, polite and most responsive to our queries. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable short stay. Highly recommend."
