“Wir verbrachten 3 Tage / 2 Übernachtungen mit HP im VAYA Zillertal. Das Hotel selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer waren schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt.
Etwas enttäuscht waren wir allerdings vom Service im Restaurant. Das Buffet wurde teilweise nur sehr langsam nachgefüllt und man erhielt unterschiedliche Aussagen zu fehlenden Speisen –……

“The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. ”
