“Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!”

“We spent a week in the hotel and Sinalei is a true gem. The landscape makes it feel like you’re in Samoa - not in a general island resort. The staff is extremely kind, polite and sweet. The amenities are great; tennis / paddle court, incredible relaxing pool, kayak, snorkel, everything. The spa is also another great addition - Tiana gave me the best massage and facial. We will definitely come back. Fa’afetai Sinalei.

“Breakfast was good. I paid for my Expedia reservation at the hotel but was charged an additional 4% for credit card fees (which adds up when you are paying for two rooms for several nights). The rooms were nice but had poor air ventilation so there was always a mouldy smell before the aircon was turned on. Unfortunately, out of the 5 days I stayed, the hot water only worked sporadically and I had to have cold showers on 3 nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. ”
