The staff were fantastic with the check in to see if i would arrive before they closed and then left my key in the security safe as I was running late. Then I arrived to a well sized two bedroom cabin with a place to park the car. The cabin was only 100m from the Urunga boardwalk and river which is amazing on a sunny day. Reflections do a great job of keeping the place clean and quiet, so I was able to rest overnight and be able to walk my dog. There are only a couple of things you need to consider when you stay at Relections - Urunga 1\. Internet / wi-fi can be non existent 2\. There is onpy 1 cafe which gets really busy for breakfast. So maybe think about take out or stock the fridge. I did see a lot of people cooking breakfast on the reflections hot plates. We liked that it was so close to the town. We could see the supermarket from our room. We got a great deal for a unit for 2\. Our room was a bit old but had all the necessities - cooktop, microwave, fridge, tv. The wifi was a bit weak. The bathroom sliding door wasn't fixed at the bottom so it banged and there wasn't really enough room around the dining table. Only three can sit on the lounge and the dining table only seats 4\. The tv in the lounge is pretty much unwatchable, reception is really poor. The kettle needs replacing as it leaked. The shower is tight and short time for hot water, if your a female to wash your hair you have to have lowest pressure and work quickly. Out of all the holiday parks we’ve stayed at over the years, our cabin was by far the cleanest we’ve seen. The floors were spotless — freshly mopped with no dirt or dust — the cabin smelled fresh, was tidy, and was well furnished. The kids absolutely loved it, and staying somewhere so well looked after made our stay that much more comfortable. Check-in was easy and hassle-free; we arrived after the 5 pm office closing time, but our key was conveniently left in a lock box. Food options in town are a bit limited, but the local pub served up the best pizza we’ve had in a while, and the supermarket on the corner was handy and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be coming back and may even make this our regular overnight stop on future trips. Beautiful and relaxing. Lots to do with kids. Our cabin was clean except for the mould I saw in the air conditioner ( which we had on as it was winter when we stayed). We suffered from itchy eyes and sneezing shortly after it was running. The cabin needs some TLC . Our screen door to enter the cabin kept coming off the hinge which was a pain. Il stay at the park again but will camp in summer.
