"Everything fine as always. It’s small hotel with good service and kind staff. The staff can not much English but enough to fix any problem.
Beds are softer in older 3-bedroom than premium room but ok! Bathroom has problems with water on the floor cause no curtain.
The breakfast is Thai style faith salad buffet and rice soup and toast with jam. You can also have fried egg or omelette and some sausage. The breakfast have been better before (we have stayed many times). Coffe is instant coffe....

The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. Swimming pool and area around swimming pool need TLC and there is no bicycles available at the time of our stay as they are all need fixing according to their staffs.

"Was here for 2 nights,, should have stayed longer, right on the beach. It's not Pattaya, but is only 30minutes drive south.. lovely rooms, lovely food, lovely staff, perfect place to relax and recharge. The hotel is modern with a lift (thank god) as I was on the 5th floor.
Breakfast isn't included, but is not expensive, the lunch and dinner menu has a large selection, all the food I had here was good."
