This luxurious marl house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people, ideal for 1 or 2 families. The vacation home is located in the heart of South Limburg Valkenburg. There are also 2 dogs allowed. Terraces and restaurants are nearby and the house is the ideal starting point for exploring. Walk to the castle ruins, visit the Velvet Cave or discover the city by scooter or bike! The house is also the perfect base for a day of shopping in Maastricht, which is 14km away. After a busy day you can relax in the sauna or hot tub in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, combi-oven, kettle and coffee maker. Wi-Fi is available in the house and there is a washer-dryer available free of charge. Parking is available on the Walram Square. This house is not rented to groups of young people because of its quietness. Smoking and house parties are not allowed.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
