The 5-storey residence Centre Vars (with lift) is situated in the heart of the resort, 150m from the pistes and the French ski school (ESF). Leisure activities are available in Vars, Alps, France and are very close to the residence. Additionally, a night club is with proximity to Centre Vars, Alps, France. Surface area : about 30 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : South. Living room with 2 pull-out beds (90). Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (90). Kitchenette with coffee machine, oven / microwave, dishwasher, mini-oven, induction cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with shower, wash-hand basin. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
