“Après une mésaventure avec une précédente location, nous avons dû trouver un hébergement à la dernière minute. Quelle chance d'être tombés sur le Domaine de la Gaucherie ! Accueillis vers 21 h avec le sourire, nous avons découvert un lieu paisible entouré d'animaux (chevaux, moutons, poules, perroquets, chats...). Nous avons séjourné dans le petit chalet en bois au bord de l'étang. Compact mais parfaitement équipé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, où nous……

“As it happened it was the hottest day ever in France when we stayed and the air conditioning was excellent. Excellent mattresses. Very close to the motorway but we didn't hear any noise from it in the room. No restaurant in the hotel but a very short walk to an Italian restaurant which was fine. All in all I can see us staying at this hotel again.”

“Spotlessly clean. Excellent staff. Pool was covered for our stay. What made this stay memorable was the restaurant attached. One of the best 3 course meals I can remember and unbelievable value for money. Fantastic wine list to boot. If you stay here you must try the restaurant. The hotel was not busy but the restaurant was full. The breakfast in the separate hotel dining room was only average but acceptable. The bed I found much too hard so I did not sleep that well. I would stay here again……

“A last minute stopover to break up a long trip and for €65 we could not have asked for more. The check in process was smooth and easy. The receptionist spoke very good English (after my painful attempt at checking us in in french!) The rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were extremely comfy and we slept so well! “Personnel à l'acueil trés porfessionnel et sympathique. Etat de la chambre trés moyen, propre mais tâches sur la couette blanche, moisi sur le tour de la baignoire avec une tartinée de silicone pour masquer les dégats. J'ai bien vu un effort sur les équipements et la déco mais c'est un hôtel qui doit être entierement refais à mon avis”
