The 4.5 room holiday apartment is located in the property on Voa Sporz in the Val Di Lai house. The apartment is quiet and centrally located. In just a few minutes, you are in the heart of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities and connection to the sports bus.The holiday apartment has three bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, offering a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger. From the sunny south balcony, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with bathtub/WC and shower/WC and an additional guest WC. A whirlpool is also available to our guests on the upper floor on the south balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue dishes.For your car, a garage space in the underground car park and a visitor parking space in front of the house are available.The final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.Book your apartment at the best price directly with us.

Schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation Eingehen auf Anliegen/Wünsche des Mieters Schöne, großzügige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage mit herrlichem Blick mehr auf Familien eingehen, z.B. Kinderbett anbieten Abwicklung der Wohnungsübernahme/-Rückgabe nicht im belebten Café, besser in einem separaten, ruhigen Raum

Schöne Wohnung an toller Lage

Wunderbare ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Skifahren, sehr saubere Küche und Bäder, sehr aufmerksamer Service von Betterhomes-Mitarbeitenden. Jacuzzi war nicht einwandfrei nutzbar, regelmässiger Service wäre sicher nötig. Spannteppiche in Schlafzimmern sind älteren Datums und wirken unhygienisch, insbesondere wenn Hunde in dieser Wohnung erlaubt sind.

Perfekt ausgestatte Wohnung mit viel Charme

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und bietet mit dem Jacuzzi alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet und sehr bequem. Auch die Austattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. So kann man sich ein feines Raclette oder Fondue in der Winterwelt gönnen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Da die Heizanlage mit einem Timer ausgestattet ist, würde ich den Timer entfernen während den Wintermonaten. Zusätzlich empfiehlt sich eine kurze Anleitung für neue Besucher, dass man die Heizung jeweils nicht zu hoch aufdreht, sonst fällt die Sicherung heraus. Auch wäre es gut zu wissen, dass man den Jacuzzi die ganze Zeit laufen lassen sollte. Übrigens war es auf Booking nicht klar, dass in diesem Preis der Jacuzzi nicht inklusive ist. Vielleicht könnten sie dies noch nachtragen. Besten Dank für Ihre Hilfe und Unterstützung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
