"The front desk person was fantastic. I think his name was Massimo(Max). He sent us lots of information before our stay and was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We had a beautiful suite with a wonderful view of the sunset. We were actually thinking of changing our itinerary and staying another night. "
"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Home from home Italian style. Spacious accommodation with fantastic roof terrace overlooking the city. The pictures don't do it justice.
The owner Gabriella could not have been more helpful, picking us up from station, advising on great places to eat and to visit."

"Had a great week here, it's a bit "up a hill", but it's a very nice village, and not far from a very decent supermarket, and there is a very local shop also. The host was very helpful and nice."
"Roberto was so helpful, sending messages in advance and closer to the time. He was so friendly at check in and shared so much information to get the most out of our stay. The property itself was beautiful and in a great complex - the beach access was fantastic and so was having shops, cafes and bars over the road. On site parking was perfect and we loved our stay! "
"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...
"The property was perfect, right in the heart of Florence and easy transport link to the train station. Views from the apartment were fantastic
The host was great, really helpful and good communications with useful details about check in / check out and local information

"I highly recommend this beautiful place. The host came and picked us up and took us back to the train station, he was so helpful, nice . He went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was excellent "
"It looks great just like in pictures. Location is very close to train station and airport transfer. Some housekeeping issues that need to be address in bathrooms...ie leaking shower doors, mold in grout and sink. Would like instructions on how to use stove made available. In US we use gas stoves! Overall I would go back again. "

"The appartement on the first floor is big and clean. It has everything one needs (washing machine, dish washer, etc.). The garden is perfect to enjoy meals outside and for pets to play. We enjoyed our stay here."
"The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."

"We really enjoyed staying at Genni & Dario ’s apartment. It is an easy walk to the walled town of Lucca, has fabulous rural views from the balcony, is homely with helpful reading material, and we enjoyed it being cool inside when the days were hot. Our hosts explained everything to us when we arrived and we’re always available by phone or text. A great place to stay."
"We had a perfect stay at Giorgio's apartment. The apartment has everything we needed. It's location near Lucca allowed us to visit and explore good parts of Tuscany.
We would highly recommended this for families with a kid. Thanks again for your hospitality, Giorgio!"

"The bedroom and bathroom were very large in comparison to other hotels in my time in Italy. It was in good condition and comfortable. The view from the window was of the local street and the tower of Pisa. We tried to get dinner at the rooftop restaurant upon check in at 9:30 pm, as the staff at the desk said the kitchen was open until 10pm, but upon arriving at the restaurant, the staff said the kitchen was closed and we would only be served drinks. Luckily there were several restaurants on the street happy to serve food. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The buffet had a wide variety to choose from. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful."
"So glad we were able to move to this hotel for easy access to train station. Only issue was air conditioning did not work in our room. We were given a fan which was helpful "
"Away from the traffic and hustle of the Pisa core, but still walkable and accessible by public transit, this site is a hidden gem. Its pristine landscaping set in verdant greenery, instantly invites calmness. "
"The hotel was within walking distance from the train station. The reception desk was very helpful with information. There was a large luggage room to drop off cases, which allowed us to explore Pisa further after check out time."
"Staying at Max Hotel Livorno was an excellent experience! The location is very convenient, with easy access to both the city center and transportation. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean, offering great comfort after a day exploring Tuscany.
The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need, which really makes the stay feel welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with both sweet and savory options that gave us the perfect start to the day.
The hotel also has great amenities, including parking and a nice restaurant on-site, making everything very practical.
Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and well-managed hotel in Livorno — highly recommended whether you are here for business or leisure."
