“My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market……

She transported us from the airport to the flat. We then enjoyed an authentic home cooked meal in her home. Wow! The view from the flat is beyond anything we could have imagined, with a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed the Italian chatter from the restaurants below. “We had a wonderful stay and time in Santa Marinella before boarding our cruise out Port of Civitavecchia. Giulio and his wife, Luciana, were great host. Very kind, gracious and thoughtful. The ocean view and restaurants were within a short distance away from the property. The only thing I would recommend is reaching out to Giulio for a taxi service contact if you will be traveling by train. The train station is 2.7 km from the B&B.”

“Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr liebevoll gestaltet, sehr ordentlich und sauber gehalten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Allein der Standort ist mit der Einfahrt direkt auf eine schlecht einsehbare Straße (Spiegel helfen hier) und ohne Zugang zu Fuß ein kleines Manko für mich.Vielen Dank für einen herrlichen Tag am See:)”
