“The staff suggested us the way to the tourist attractions with map provided. The wifi can be connected in the whole hotel area, including room, restaurant, lobby and parking area. One bad thing is the water kept changing from very hot to very cold and vice versa when we were taking shower.”

“Arrived at property and check in went smoothly. Staff was responsive. Room was warm and messaged staff about air. Got response on how to turn it on yet there was no remote for split system so they told us to turn on the fan. My issue is they knew there was no remote and air wasn’t working bc they put a fan in the room. We opened the windows for circulation but there is a bar underneath the room and people were loud and smoking until 2-3 am. Very disappointed in air issue. If you are staying now……
