“Accueil bâclé et particulièrement peu aimable, ce qui donne malheureusement une mauvaise impression dès l’arrivée. Nous n’avons à aucun moment eu le sentiment d’être véritablement accueillis comme des clients. La chambre était propre et convenable, mais il n’y avait à notre arrivée ni savon ni shampoing.
