staff and hotel rules were ridiculous. had to give your license for hotel to hold to use a lagage cart. until cart was returned. things have really gotten bad. no bell hop courtesy to take luggage to your room ???? no appreciation shown for the $'s spent at this hotel !!!!

This place was a dump. Bugs and spiders in the room. Horrible smell. Would not stay there again.
