It IS a Holiday Inn so rooms are small, quality of shampoo and toiletries is lacking, and it is located a 30 minute walk from Inner Stadt, BUT, hotel is incredibly clean, staff are super friendly (by Austrian standards, definitely), and there are many nice restaurants nearby.

Lots of pluses with the Holiday Inn Vienna City. The property is very well maintained, the staff were great and the location has access to many amenities. We easily got around Vienna on the UBahn with a station a short walk from the hotel.

This hotel was very comfortable. The bed was excellent and the sheets and pillows were so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we liked the location because it is walking distance to the city centre but away from all the noise.
