Room was big and accommodating, but felt a bit run down. Bathroom had an odd smell too it. Overall we loved the hotel location & size, staff was friendly and helpful! It could use some updating, but we would stay again!

We started in room 121. Lots of street noise, even at night. We asked to be moved and they put us in 210 facing into the courtyard. Very quiet ! Ask for 208, 209, or 210 or a higher floor same corresponding numbers. Decent location 12 min walk to opera house hotel was fine

I stayed 4 nights with my mom, we had requested a twin room but had been given a double room. However the staff was extremely helpful and helped us change to a twin room. The rooms were very spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. However, there was no telephone in the room, we had to walk down to the lobby to ask for things. As for cleanliness, overall it looked clean. However, we saw a few tiny ants crawling in the bathroom. Overall the stay was comfortable and the location of the hotel was great, all within walking distance or close to a metro.

We enjoyed the very ample breakfast menu and great staff attending. Our room was most comfortable if a bit small, but the bathroom was well appointed. Would highly recommend for comfort and the excellent location to all the cultural institutions and museums.

Highly recommend! Very convenient location near the center of everything! All kind of food and transportation. We always were able to have a rest even in the middle of our intensive sightseeing day. Very friendly atmosphere, very polite and caring staff, very clean and cozy.
