The kitchenette is set up for breakfast—small mini fridge, espresso machine, electric kettle, some utensils, and a few dishes (no cooking). Hangers provided but no drawer space. Minimal bedding.Location is convenient: grocery stores (Billa, Penny) steps away, many food options nearby, 10-15 min walk to the U-Bahn, and about 30 minutes on foot or a short ride to Innere Stadt and main tourist sites. You’re in a quiet courtyard away from street noise, though occasional faint rumble from the construction outside.
