To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Airport (EWR) to Rovaniemi (RVN) No reviews housekeeping service was very bad they didnt clean the room and fix rhe room properly linen was super dirty but they didnt changed they didnt put tea bags n all room no slippers in room ….reception people are also ok they r also not so copperative didnt give any room service food n all we asked they denied only opstion is go to reception lobby they not cooperative ….. resort is really nice i like the view n all rooms everything was good but service is bad….
