Excellent hotel. On arrival there was a fruit basket, a welcome cake and a small box of biscuits to welcome us to our room. Two free bottles of water provided each day. The hotel has a large foyer and within moments of sitting in the foyer, whenever that was, a staff member would serve you free cold green tea or a passionfruit drink.  Rooms were very clean and serviced daily. Fantastic staff who are extremely helpful and obliging. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast buffet is truly superb. A large range of staples (tea, coffee, smoothies, cereals, fruit, bread, eggs cooked to your requirements, various other Western and Vietnamese food etc) available and the additional extensive selection of hot food changes each day. If you couldn't find plenty to eat, you'd be very hard to please. The included afternoon tea is similarly superb and is held on the 25th floor of the hotel with fantastic 360 degree views of DaNang. As vegetarians we were offered vegetarian options, often without asking, as the staff knew and remembered our eating preferences- very impressive). Hotel is very close to the beach and there are 3 convenience stores within 20 metres of the hotel if you need something that the hotel doesn't provide. Umbrellas and beach towels provided on request. All in all, an absolutely first-rate hotel in a great location. Staff and management are to be congratulated.

Rooms: Rooms are nice but very dated. Needs a lot of repair work and upgrading. During my stay I encountered bad aircon leaking issues for 3 days straight. During a heavy downpour, lots of rain water started getting in and got my luggage and cloths wet. And the worst part, waste water from drainage system started flowing up through the bathtub! The resort staff got me changed to another room as these problems couldn’t be sorted out. The new room had its own issues as well. Wifi wasn’t working, toilet’s flush wasn’t working, shower had no pressure, and so on. Resort staff: Excellent service. Very helpful and always willing to render their assistance whenever you need them. Restaurant: I would give this my lowest rating. Lots and lots of houseflies! We experienced lizards crawling into our chairs while dining! You can never dine in peacefully. And during the rainy nights, you’ll have to deal with a lot more insects. One of the very rare restaurants that doesn’t serve any desserts. Not even ice-creams. Daily buffet breakfasts are the same limited spread.
