Room was nice. Had a decent view of the ocean. Staff at the front desk were very nice and were able to exchange my US currency to local currency and was the least expensive way to do so. Location was very convenient for pick up at Hotel and to go on any tours in the area. restaurant across the street had very good. Pho and was much less expensive than the restaurant at the hotel went to town for all other restaurants. breakfast here was a very nice buffet, though finding gluten-free options was hard to decipher. So I mainly eat fruit and some bacon with rice for breakfast. At my time of stay there was quite a bit of construction going on the beach, so it was very loud and very noisy.

Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines.

Terrible Experiance for a resort in Vietnam/ HoiAn; we have been travelling in various places in Vietnam for over a month, and Renaissance HoiAn was our last stop. the property is very badly maintained, the stuff is not well trained, the common areas are not clean, the food is a really shame, and the overall experiance is really poor; the only good point of the resort is the rooms- spacy, quite, and confortable. We would not recomend anyone to experiance this proprty, and would not beleive that the property is a 5 stars level (maybe 3 stars in a good day...). without complete review of the conditions of the property and the managment - this property should be off the market;

This hotel is amazing! Really luxury hotel. The swimming pool is big and clean. Beach is next to the swimming pool. Great breakfast. We travel a lot and stayed in many different hotels with similar set up. This one is one of the best. It is quite at night, not like most hotels in Danang. If I could give more than 10 points, I would do it.

Fantastic Staff, great private and shared pools, okay gym. Our villa was lovely although some of the decor was a bit tired and the fridge was not cold at all. It might as well have just been a cupboard. Breakfast was good. Overall value for money was really good.
