Opened in 2025, this ADA-compliant modern tiny home in Southern Utah was built for comfort, accessibility, and a bit of fun — with a private bedroom with a king-sized bed, a fully accessible bathroom with a roll-in walk-in shower and European glass doors, full kitchen, spacious living room, kid-friendly loft, and stunning desert views from every angle.

Located just 15 miles from the entrance to Zion, The Riv is your perfect basecamp for hiking, biking, stargazing, or just relaxing in style with a side of fast Wi-Fi and plush pillows.
