Absolutely Lovely

Communication was superb and checking in was so easy. The property was so clean and inviting. Walking distance to coffee shops, mini golf, and a brewery! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great property right near the beach.

Roomy place with easy access to the beach. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to stay. Wish there was more outdoor furniture on the balconies, but everything else was great.

Family Beach Time

Really conveniently located. Within walking distance to the beach,boardwalk and restaurants. Plenty of room for a family of 8 adults. Parking , including overflow parking was convenient.

Great option for a large group.

The host was incredibly helpful, and the space has an excellent layout for a large group. Very clean. Traffic noise was more than expected, but manageable with the provided white noise machines.

This property is at a great location to walk to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed a 4 month stay with so much to do within walking distance. The property manager was immediate in handling any concerns. The crew that worked for her showed up promptly and were always kind and helpful. I would recommend this property to others.

The property was very nice and clean. Very roomy. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and an 8 yo. Plenty of room for all. Parking was tight, but there are extra spaces across the road. I would suggest trimming or eliminating the bushes between the parking pad and building to accommodate easier in and out access to vehicles. Great amenities. Could use an extra larger cooking pot. Only one available. Smaller ones available, but when cooking for this many people, you need more larger cookware. Other than that, the kitchen was well equipped. Toilet tissue is very thin. If you have a preference, bring your own. No facial tissues/kleenex available. Hand soap and dish liquid available, as well as dishwasher detergent. Nice large front load washer/dryer upstairs. All in all a great place.

Nice for what we needed it for

Was a nice place and location for what we needed it for, a basketball tournament. The pictures are deceiving for sure. The one I booked was not the same pictures as the one we stayed in, which was kind of annoying bc there wasn’t enough space on the 1 couch for us all. The one I thought we were getting had a nice looking couch and love seat/oversized chair.

Great house in VB

Overall, this house was great for our multi-generational family vacation. The room configuration, number of bathrooms, and open floorplan on the first floor were perfect. The location was great - an easy walk to the beach, within walking distance to many restaurants and a quick drive for groceries and other activities. Our complaints were minimal; the biggest one being that the house was freezing, even after we tried to adjust the thermostats. I guess some people like it that cold when it's hot outside, but it was a bit uncomfortable for us. Even so, we would definitely recommend it!

Family vacation before going off to college

The house was great! Clean, had everything we needed. The decor is very nice. The kitchen is quite large with plenty of space to cook and sit and eat. The house is just a couple blocks from the beach, all The shops, restaurants, mini golf you can find. Just a quick 5 minute drive and we went parasailing, jet skiing and the aquarium. Next to the aquarium is one of the best double 18hole mini golf courses we’ve ever played, along with ( I think) 8 go kart and different type of car tracks for fun family time as well as some competition. The beach can get pretty busy so we walked a little further down North and it was much less crowded. Only complaint ( this is out of control for the owners) is the incessant smell of marijuana. Just giving heads up. There are umbrellas, snorkeling gear, shovels etc. on the front closet for beach goers which was nice. There is also a balcony on every floor and what seemed like every corner, it was nice. We sat outside in the morning for coffee. We had 4 teenagers with us ( hard to please them sometimes) and they absolutely loved this place and the area. Yes, the motorcycles can get a little loud but, we just turned in all the fans in the rooms and brought our own and it was fine. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation. It’s perfect for everyone.

Family Vacation

Nice unit in great location

Unit was great for a family vacation. Place was clean with plenty of bathrooms and adequate parking. Great location near Vibe District. Only minor downside was that we were not able to change the channel on the TV.

Excellent Beach Property

We stayed in this property with a large group of people in town for a road race and we were extremely impressed but how nice and clean everything was. We had absolutely no issues with check-in and we thought that the property more than met our needs for the weekend. Would highly recommend!

This property was an excellent choice. It was very nice inside and out. Perfect location to main attractions. Walking distance to the beach. The Wi-Fi was excellent also. Would stay there again. The only negative was only one tv in the home. Wished it had a tv in every room.

Excellent location

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this location and as years past, we loved it. It's a beautiful, spacious and clean home with all modern amenities. Sheppard is great at getting back to you with any questions or issues you might have during your stay. We will definitely be back next year.

This property was not very clean - one of the pans had leftover egg on it and was put away, and there were food crumbs in all the utensil drawers. We ended up having to rewash everything. Not enough cleaning supplies for our 10 day stay, so we ended up purchasing cleaning spray, paper towels, trash bags, etc.The property is nice - but families be prepared - this is a party zone neighborhood. It was our first trip to VA Beach, and I didn't know that the 21/22nd street area is where all the partiers stay on the weekend. We had two small kids and preferred to drive to the beach that was a couple miles away (60's) b/c it was much quieter and more family friendly.
