"The Hotel was clean well located and an excellent value for the money. I would highly recommend this Hotel. I have been traveling in the Netherlands for over two weeks and have stayed various Hotels, so far the Market Hotel in Gronigen is the best."

"Very attractive room with a large comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. There were a couple of faults which were addressed quickly. Some adjustments could be made - more storage, height of coat hooks and storage ib bathroom. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay."
"We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk.
My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay."

"It's a centric hotel, confortable and very nice decorated as preparing a trip. They also have a rooftop that I couldn't experieinced but seems to be amazing, only open from Thursday to Sunday."
"Everything was excellent. The Buffett in the morning was perfect! The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We came to Groningen to see the city where, in 1945 the war ended while my Dad was with the Canadian Army liberating The Netherlands. I have a picture of him toasting the end of the war with a local man. He was 22 at the time. The city is beautiful and friendly. "

"The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room.
We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful.
The hotel is situated in a park area where there are lots of opportunities for walking and cycling.
The hotel is some distance from the centre and there is an excellent bus service within a short walk and discounted tickets available from reception."
