The lamps, TV, were not dusted. Had a negative encounter with Food Service Manager, who rudely interrupted a server that was talking to customers. She wasn't friendly, she put her fingers in her mouth behind the bar, kept touching her hair. Didn't say anything about it when people were around. However, the next day, I wanted to order food to take to my room. Again, she had her hands in her hair around food. I didn't order anything to eat after that experience. Otherwise, the checking in experience team were great, Alex, Adam, and several others that worked the front desks. Check out, I called to get a receipt and the person didn't know how to work the system. Made sure they didn't charge me twice for the trip since I prepaid through Expedia.
