"We had a wonderful comfortable stay. Enjoyed the lots of towels, toilet paper and nice shower soaps etc. Plenty of beds and all linens are well bleached! One small recommendation is to bug bomb the basement. We killed 6-7 spiders in our 2 day stay in the house. No big deal for country folk but even for us, it was a lot. Thanks for the hospitality!!"

"The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. "This place met and exceeded our expectations for our family Thanksgiving get together. We had 8 of us total staying ranging from 8-75 and everyone just loved the house. The highlights: The Wifi is fast - you don't usually see that in a rural setting. The ping pong table and foosball table where big hits with all ages. "Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable."
