“Never rent from a property that does not have outside pictures. The inside is a published. I arrived at the property to 2 people smoking a glass pipe in the parking lot. turns out they rented the place across the hall. There are several windows broken on the second floor. The same host has all 4 properties. These are multi person flop houses. I walked in the door he suggested to have the mold hit me in the face, I could not breathe by the time I got the property door. dealing with VRBO to……

“Communication was good, and the stay was nice. The listing, however, was not clear that one of the bedrooms did not have a true bed in it. It has a small couch that folds down to a small bed. This small green couch can be seen in the photos in an image labeled as "living room". Otherwise, no complaints! ”

“Needed a weekly stay in Fargo for medical reasons. This place allowed all of us to spread out and have quiet time when needed. Close to medical facilities and various shopping areas. ”

“Pros: A wonderful place to stay for a family in the Fargo area. The check in process was very easy. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located near all the sites to see. We were traveling through with a large family and it worked out wonderfully. The house was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with all the things need to cook.Con:There is scent machine going in the house when you arrive. I have a hard time with scents and I contacted the host and she quickly let us know……

“Very small, dark basement apartment in an old house. Not much natural light. Did use the hot tub as I wanted bc getting in it in a very small bathroom presented too much of a challenge for me. So I showered, but ended that quickly as only extreme hot or cold water came out of the shower head. Bedroom was bigger than living space. Couch made of an itchy material. The pt was clean and presentable, just dark and dank.”

“I would like to warn others that may be considering booking this apartment. There is a huge 2" nail that sticks out of the front door on the interior side. It is a piece from a door knocker, but whatever was on the inside of the door, is no longer there. After a disturbing night when we believed that someone came into the unit while we were not there (more on that), and after lights kept turning off all by themselves (more on that too), my friend thought she heard something in the hallway……

“This is a great place to stay in wonderful neighborhood. They have everything you need for a big family. All the bedrooms very spacious with comfortable mattresses. And 3 full bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The living room has a big big TV and comfortable couches. Great host and responds quickly to questions.”
