“The hot tub has been broken for over a year, there was sand or dirt on the floor. The sheets were actually dirty and I both me and my husband have broken out in full body rashes and I’m not sure how or why we’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and have never had this kind of reaction.”

And the staff, I think, were pretending the problem was something about trying to operate the systems. The hotel won't spend the money necessary to provide wifi. The hotel and my room were nice and clean.”
