I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options.

The service, the room and the area are amazing, 15-20 minutes from the center but is very quiet, the staff are nice and friendly, every request i had was granted, i love this place, the only thing that i don't like is that the pool is only 0,60 m deep

Hotel is on small street or lane, lobby had leaking and moulded ceiling, awkward bathroom, low water pressure. There is the chart of damage cost list for every item in the room. My room had cracked glass which i don’t know how as i didn’t use it but they will charge me $10 .. staffs are lovely tho

"No USB plugs in the room to recharge phones. Only a couple of the front staff spoke English, so at times a bit hard to communicate. A good quiet place to relax at. A swimming pool for the kids. Staff very friendly."
