I really enjoy how close it is to the station and it's a direct line to (Tottenham, Leicester, Camden) all the fun stuff, restaurants, shopping and more. I also love the security of the place and that it literally has everything you need. You really don't need to buy anything other than your personal necessities, food and laundry……
