"The room was incredibly clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to check us in way earlier than our checkin time. They communicated well and emailed us before our stay. "The room did the job and had a really comfy bed. But I found issues in the decor and also there being a problem with showering and also inside. It is very cramped when trying to take a shower, apart from this the hotel was solid and I found everything else fine. "

"There is no reception and the only way to get the keys is to call some guy that comes over and gives the keys.
Since the hotel has no reception or computer, they don't know who is coming, so I better bring a receipt of payment and a booking confirmation. The fact that the staff barely speaks German or English is also not making this complicated conversation any easier.
The rooms were ok though and at least very cheap."
