Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“I stayed in the Freesia apartment for one month and was visited by friends and family for various lengths of time. The most we had in the apartment at any time was five, which was quite comfortable. The location is off a busy street, but the apartment is set back in a much quieter area of the building. The setup is bright and efficient.The rooms were simply but comfortably furnished. Bedrooms are small but adequate. The kitchen facilities were new, clean, and well-equipped (a few beer glasses……

“We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!”

“Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks. “Die Buslinie 136 nach Spandau Rathaus ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Der nächste Rewe, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat ist mit dem Auto nur 3 Min. entfernt und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen in ca. 10 Min. ”

“廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.”
