"A relatively new hotel with very comfortable room and bathroom. AC provision especially great during heat waves. The restaurant is excellent and the food is beautifully cooked and presented. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel is a bit rundown but with a car there are plenty of lovely places to visit in Somerset and Devon. Would recommend staying at this hotel."

The room was very comfy (took a while to work out how to use the shower!), plenty of tea/coffee/toiletries/ towels etc. I was on the first floor which was accessed via the fire escape! But that was Ok. I think maybe it is used by truckers, there was a sort of common room on my floor with sofas, Tv, an outside area etc which I am sure must be appreciated."

"Lovely location between the outdoor pool and Clark’s shopping village. We literally parked up at the hotel and just walked everywhere we wanted to go for the 2 days. Room was right at the top. A bit stuffy in the heat. Stairs to get up there are a bit steep and narrow, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Staff were lovely and I would stay here again as it is ideally located :)"

The breakfast was excellent with vegan and vegetarian options. In the summer it may be a little toasty during any heatwaves, fans are provided. I stayed in one of the single rooms. I would return."
