From the heated underground garage, you are steps away from the elevator that will lead you to the second-floor condo. Stepping through the condo's front door, you'll be greeted by the home's great room, holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features offers comfortable furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and a cozy electric fireplace. The European glass doors are unique as they can vent from the top or slide open to access the wrap-around deck. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, including a gas range, and a coffee bar. There is also a center island with bar seating for three.
