A stocked kitchen is best when renting out a place. Just some key examples: there are no Pot holders, Wine glasses, or lighter. Only a few plates, glasses and bowls. Very limited utensils in general.Also, the refrigerator leaks water. Onto downstairs, the basement shower leaks BAD! This is a hazard for mold and in the bedroom with the twin beds, the beds are un-even. I know that’s not a huge deal, but if you want to push them together it’s definitely not ideal. Our WiFi didn't work the entire time we were there, despite us unplugging the modem several times. Therefore, the tvs didn't work either (Roku). The direct tv is a little slow (I think maybe just the remote) in the playroom area. Last thing, there were some things that were broken upon arrival: One of the pool sticks and the closet door in king bedroom. We more than likely will not be renting out this place again because of the weird layout, but overall I give it an 6 out of 10\. The place as a whole and hot tub was very clean. ##### Lauren K. No hot water in the downstairs bathroom and soft spot in front of shower. Dishwasher didn't clean or dry the dishes. Fridge leaked water in the bottom.All linen was stained and dinghy, towels were not clean . Wifi nor the cable worked . The hot tub was disgusting to the point we had to tell the children they couldn't go back in after getting rashes. The stove also didn't have all eyes working, and both upstairs bathrooms showers the heads leaked and had no water pressure at all. And last but certainly not least the road getting up there was in horrible shape , we have stayed at higher elevation places before with way less trouble. Do not trust the pictures. The property was safe. Warm. Had electricity and running water. That is where the positives end. I took the extra step of even emailing vacasa to confirm the hot tub would be working. Was told it would be and it was literally filled with rocks, leaves and debris. The game room had a dilapidated pool table that has two broken legs, no functional sticks and the felt table is destroyed. It also has a ping pong table top that has no functional net. The dishes were dirty, the game room floor looked like it has never been mopped, the bathroom downstairs was filthy: spit/toothpaste on the mirror and faucet and shower was not cleaned, and the downstairs beds were not made, as the cleaner was still there when we arrived around 4:20ish and was saying that the last people were not supposed to be down there. The hot tub never got to temperature and I looked in the guest book that said if it needed to be refilled from the previous stay then it would take 24 hours to heat back up and that this was not cause for a refund, however, I have now seen the review from the guest before us that states that it is broken, I would like a refund on the hot tub. The shower heads were really low in the main guest rooms. I know that would be a semi difficult fix but a removable shower head isn't necessarily a fix all for that. Its hard to wash your hair with one hand. ##### Robin N. The hot tub didn’t work. There were flea like insects in the downstairs bedrooms, not to mention that the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom were more like a dungeon than a rental property. My group comes to this area every year for the same type of trip, there are far better cabins to stay in for the money in this area. ##### Jake L. Was nice and quiet. However two of the four bedrooms are outside of the main house down stairs. And the driveway is very unpaved, very steep, and there is only room for one vehicle to travel at a time. So if you meet someone on the way up or down you might have an issue. would recommend 4whl drive for rainy or snowy days. ##### Terry Y. A few things though: 1) the house is broken into three sections that are not connected. I don’t know if the listing tells you this but it’s just not convenient. If you have small children they will be separated from you. You have to walk outside to go downstairs to the other bedrooms. 2) The road to access this place is CRAZY narrow. If one car is going up and another is coming down at the same time it’s going to be a BIG problem. This road was scary. 4x4 is necessary if you ask me. Idk if all mountain roads are like this?!? 3) Had trouble with the heat downstairs too. Management did give us three space heaters which we appreciated and there were lots of blankets.
