No person at office Place is run down area of Cherokee in general is run down lot of houses in despite . No places to eat except fast food. Lot of businesses closed and empty. Was not impressed at all. I want waste my money going back."

"Check in was pleasant. The pool and hot tub are not open at this time. That was not listed online. The room smelled of urine and cigarettes. One of the beds had blood on the blanket. The key cards had to be reset every time you walked out of the room. The vending machines were out of order. The cleaning crew was waiting outside our door for us to hurry up and leave. Breakfast was decent.Again, front staff was very pleasant! The evening shift clerk, at check in, went above and beyond to help with all my questions! "
