“Needed an easy in and out overnighter for a paddling trip on the Tuckasegee River. This was perfect and convenient to so many places. The host was very responsive to any questions and made sure the cabin was cool and comfortable upon arrival. Very clean, well maintained and a well equipped kitchen.”

“Cabin is contemporary, safe, and has a fantastic view. Internet is minimal but the owner made that clear in the listing. Verizon gets great reception (T-Mobile not so much) there so maybe get a hotspot if necessary (unlimited for $50/mo). The only risk seems to be the road if there is inclement weather. We were able to navigate it fine because we were careful (and it was dry) but there is a trench in the road (diagonally across) that could certainly cause problems. The rest of the road has...

“Perfect sums up our stay. Home itself was adorable, kept telling my husband, “I could live here”. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Peaceful setting. So quiet while I was sitting outside reading that I could actually hear the birds wings flapping as they flew above me. Just the relaxation we were looking for.”
