“Great communication. Cabin is up the mountain but we loved that. Enjoyed the front deck overlooking the mountain. And the hummingbirds that frequently visited for food. Did have a problem with the shower draining properly but got a quick response they would pass it along to their team. We only stayed two nights so no time to correct the problem while we were there.”

“My husband and I got to the property and it was not as advertised on line we contacted the property owner and explained that we would not be staying and would be requesting a refund. Well the little communication we had with whomever we did not get a resolution everything was super small my husband and I could not comfortably sleep in those small beds and there was insects in the bedroom I definitely wasn’t sleeping there after seeing that worse customer service ever we paid money for a weekend……

“Check-in information was not sent on a timely basis as check-in was at 3pm and I had to contact host to receive check-in information at 3pm.The view off of the back deck was beautiful! Looked forward to having coffee by the river the next morning, only to find out that the coffee maker was broken. Had to reach out to host to tell her, and she did replace the coffee maker the very same day.The cabin itself needed "sprucing up" as there were cobwebs and looked like it had not been thoroughly……
