  • 2 Bedroom condo on lake Conroe in a lovely neighborhood Seven Coves. These are the only condos that the balcony is right over the water. Seven Coves offers play grounds, boat ramps, swimming pools, tennis courts, guide fishing, boat& jet ski rentals, dinner cruises on the southern empress, mirage event venue. lots of shoreline to go fishing. Property faces beautiful sunrise. Nice and shady during sundown. 25 min from The Woodland, 60 min from Houston.
