"Bathroom had mildew"

"My tv didn’t work, I could hear the tv through the wall in the next room and the parking lot was completely full when I tried to park. "

"Parking great, the air conditioner turned on when it wanted to. The tub was dirty so I didn't use it, I went to a friend's house, it was hair in the bathroom the floor looked like the trash was swept into the corners. And I was forced to use my debit card my whole trip because the receptionist did something with my card to where the credit card company restricted my card and requested I send in my i.d and a utility bill and it would be reviewed for 7 days. Just messed me up totally."

"The staff was very welcoming and joyful. Check-in and check-out were easy. They do not offer complimentary breakfast, but it is centrally located downtown and within walking distance of many restaurants, bistros, clubs, and bars. The rooms are clean, updated, and they have good water pressure. The pool was open and clean."

"The air conditioner in my room was a wall thermostat that was set at 75. When you tried to turn it down it went back to 75. Called front desk and he was clueless on what to do. It was so muggy it was miserable. For the price of two nights I would not stay again. I will say the rooms were very clean! "

"The room was clean but missing the box springs on the bed. They do not have front desk staff all night. They have a kiosk. The person we talked to thru the screen could not have cared less. His response was he would let management know."

"Room and bathroom were clean and neat. Super convenient location and everything was as they said online. I will definitely stay here again when I come home to visit Family"
