Welcome to our chic 2BR / 2 Bath home in downtown Winston Salem, just steps from top spots like East of Texas, Easy Talk, and Lesser Known Beer Brewery. This cozy private home has two queen beds in one room with a dual-head shower and a queen bed in the other, comfortably sleeping 6. Enjoy the open-concept, remodeled space and outdoor fire pit. Walk to the Farmers Market on Saturdays for live music and fresh goods. All within 200 yards, yet tucked away in a quiet, private space.

Our cozy, fully remodeled, single-story home in downtown Winston-Salem offers two spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a large dual-head shower. The open-concept living area connects the kitchen and living room, featuring all stainless steel appliances. You'll have everything you need, from a coffee and tea bar to a toaster, blender, and more for your comfort. The property includes a charming front porch, a back deck, and a wood fire pit for outdoor relaxation. A stackable washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. The home comfortably sleeps six and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and other local attractions. Nice Location

This house was a nice spot to gather while we visited our son at school. We enjoyed the location and were able to walk around and visit the cute nearby shops while we waited to check in. (When we arrived, we learned that the guests before us had left a mess, so the woman who was cleaning the place wasn’t finished yet. She did a great job, though—it was in good shape when we were able to get settled in.The house did have some minor issues: one of the chairs at the dining table seemed like it was breaking. We didn’t sit on it because it seemed pretty precarious. The door of the bathroom that opens onto the common area would not latch. Also, the handle of the kitchen faucet fell off very easily (and needed to be put back on). In addition, the backyard chairs were broken and not usable.Thanks so much for allowing us to use your house for our visit to Winston-Salem.

Absolutely spotless and adorable cottage with tons of room, with a layout that makes it appear more spacious than its stated square footage. The decor is cozy and welcoming, with board games galore in the living room. Loved the spacious dining table with bench. Both showers are gigantic and tiled beautifully. We chose the dual-head shower in the spacious back bedroom, which easily holds 2 queen beds and furniture, as we chose to sleep there instead of the front bedroom. The mattress was very comfortable for both my husband and me, and we both have bad backs. The backyard is spacious, and it was nice not to have to park on the street, making it easy to transfer luggage up onto the porch and into the front door. Also, centrally located for sightseeing with a Publix and Trader Joe's within minutes from there. Once again this cottage is clean, clean, and clean - such a joy!
