When booking a hotel for a trip with kids you are generally picking based on what it says is available, like a pool. There was no notices on hotels.com or the main company site stating that the pool was not open, yet it wasn’t. The back guest entrance door did not lock. The 2 arcade machines in the laundry were also broken Beds and pillows in our room were awful and there was a section of the wall next to the bed that appeared to be in the middle of being repaired. Would not stay here again, feel like I definitely overpaid
