"The room has a musky and moldy bad smell. TV was not working properly. Did mention to staff about the smell, they offered 2 other rooms and all were equally smelly. Took one that I thought smell the least but turns out the whole night it just got worst. Sheets were very moist, so uncomfortable and smelly. "Amazing staff. Pre-cooled our room ahead of arrival. Took our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Prepared play room for the kids with extra amenities and cultural activities. Great quiet location to the ancient town in walking distance. Very dog friendly. "
