“Staff was so very accommodating. We traveled 14 hours by car and about 2 1/2 hours prior to arriving, I made the reservation on hotels.com. Not sure if I inadvertently tried wrong date or you can’t make reservations for same date but I didn’t verify before accepting non refundable rate. I called hotel directly and they told me they thought they could change it. When I arrived I was told they had made a mistake and they could change it but they would let us stay without payment as they get……
