“The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.”

“It’s very dirty, we have a dirty sheet, floor is dirty, and there are hairs on the hair dryer. The front desk gave us a clean sheet and ask us to change it ourselves because they don’t have enough people (even the employee at the front desk is very polite and friendly) would not recommend ”

“The room was mostly clean, however the comforters on both beds had cigarette holes in them.. in the non smoking room. We also did have a roach in our room but it was only one. This was a clubbing night so we didn't stay here long. The shower did get very hot and was nice though.”

“Conveniently right by Busch Gardens. Because of that the there’s a lot of wear and tear from foot traffic. Bit pricey but you can’t beat the convenience if you’re taking the family to a local parks. Bathroom was not as clean as I would like. ”

“First interaction with staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Lobby bench could really use a cleaning. I was afraid to sit on it. Room seemed good when we first arrived but then the air conditioning kicked on. It sounded like a jet engine. Talked to staff but they were totally supposedly booked so we could not be moved. Attempted to sleep but impossible. Finally turned it off but shortly after the refridgerator kicked on and it was loud enough to keep you awake. Room got……

“Room was clean, accommodating us with the corner room no neighbors on the bottom floor was perfect because I have two boys one 12 and one 3 and always worry about the noise! ”

“The room was incredibly large & comfortable. Everything was clean and the view was to die for. Would definitely go back to this hotel. ”
