"for the price, i couldn't believe how lovely this place is for our one night stay, super comfy beds, quiet and dark rooms to sleep, great shower with amenities in the BR, really nice staff and overall great value for money, the only downside is the local hood, does not have much going on (need a uber to rainbow st) in terms of dining, but if you're here just to come sleep somewhere nice (like we were) this is amazing value for $$"

"Everyone at the Amman Hilton was exceptionally courteous and helpful. One minor issue, the attendant insisted on taking the electrical appliances my sister had and returned it broken. Did not return it to the room and we had to request it back and when we picked it up, she found out later that it was broken. One employee asked about the appliance when he saw it in the garbage and said he'll check with his manager. Did not hear back from him or his manager. I do not want any financial compensation, but if you insist on evaluating personal items even though you are told that we have electrical converters and it ends up broken in your possession you should acknowledge the fact. That was the only negative incident and it did not have to happen. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable and we will choose Amman Hilton for our next visit."

"This is truly a five star hotel with all of the amenities and service one needs for a comfortable stay everyone on the staff, from the front desk to the room attendance to the servers. We’re all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable."

They are kind fast and always helpful for anything you need. Will plan to come back because of them. The staff in the restaurant downstairs this wonderful Lady at the breakfast shift (so sorry I forgot her name) was extremely welcoming. Although there weren't many she went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely meal and advice for my visiting sites. Service was great. All the pool staff was lovely and made me feel at home.
